Netiquette is interent etiquette. According to the BBC it is "Respecting other users’ views and displaying common courtesy when posting your views to online discussion groups."
Social networking falls under this netiquette category too. It is defined as "The use of dedicated websites and applications to interact with other users, or to find people with similar interests to oneself." Some educational instutions forbid social networking between teachers and students. Some schools use them as a way to communicate with parents and students.
Cyberbullying is defined as "The use of electronic communication to bully a person, typically by sending messages of an intimidating or threatening nature." Cyberbullying is a huge problem that schools deal with on a daily basis. What often starts at home quickly transfers to the school/classroom. Students are braver when they are behind a screen and sometimes type before they think of the consequences.
